Why set-in stains need more than a regular cleaning
A regular cleaning is built for everyday dirt. Spots that have dried, soaked into the backing or been scrubbed with household products need their own treatment and more time. That's why stain removal is quoted separately and isn't part of the $34.99 basic price.

What to do right after a spill
- Blot the spill with a clean white cloth. Don't rub, which pushes it deeper.
- Use plain water sparingly. Soaking the carpet spreads the spill into the backing.
- Skip strong household cleaners. Some can spread a stain or make it harder to remove.
- Call Daniel and tell him what spilled and when.
Will the stain come out completely?
Many stains lift with the right treatment, but not all. Bleach and some dyes change the carpet's color itself, so cleaning can't bring the color back. Daniel looks at each spot and tells you honestly what to expect before he starts.
